How to turn a village into an open-air museum?

The village of Fanzara north of Valencia, is composed by a butcher, 2 pubs and a grocery store. Since summer 2014, Urban Art covers the walls of the municipality that became an open-air museum.

323 habitants live in the village of Fanzara and are for the majority between 70 and 80 years old. The initiator of the project, Javier Lopez, wished to build an open-air museum, but it has been complicated to convince the residents.
